BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Fall off the bone deliciousness!! These ribs are sure to be a family favorite!

Ingredients:

2 lb baby back ribs

for the rub:

1/2 cub of brown sugar

1 tbs garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp ground mustard

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Sauce: We use Stubbs Sweet Heat gluten free BBQ sauce, it's delicious and fail proof!

1. Preheat oven to 300F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  If your ribs have a thin membrane over the bones on the backside, remove by carefully sliding a knife under the membrane and peel away. Removing the membrane makes the ribs more tender and fall off the bone delicious!

2. In small bowl stir brown sugar, garlic powder, pepper, paprika, mustard powder, and cayenne.  Rub mixture all over the ribs and place on prepared baking sheet.  Cover with foil and bake for 2 hours.

3.Turn oven on to broil.  Remove the foil from the ribs and brush both sides with bbq sauce.  Broil until sauce just starts to caramelize--2-5 minutes.

Then ENJOY!!!  Garlic mashed potatoes is a great side!
